Do it yourself - Chilli-Sauce! HOT HOT HOT

Prepare the chillis

cut the chillis - but don't put the fingers in the eyes (like Katie did...)

squeeze the chillis and add ginger
                                   + salt + garlic + frying in oil (here in Cameroon: palm oil)

voilà - Chilli- Sauce!

"Hot?"  -  "No" (Anna).
             - "YES" (Katie).

Try it out. It's easy. And very tasty - the little something to pimp up sauces & Co. And perfect to manioc sticks.
